Jennifer Manning Plassnig is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, National Board Certified Fellow in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Certified EMDR Practitioner,  EMDR Consultant, Certified Process Acupressure Practitioner, a Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work, Certified Emotion Code practitioner and a Certified Soul Guidance Sacred Mentor practitioner. She is a trauma informed therapist and has a private practice in Woodstock, Maryland providing an integrative approach to psychotherapy using Cognitive-Behavioral therapies, Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, Parts work therapy and various mind-body techniques, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Seva Stress Release Protocol from Process Acupressure, Soul Guidance Sacred Mentoring sessions and other forms of energy work to adults, adolescents, children, families and groups.

Jennifer is a Reiki Master and teaches various meditation techniques as well as mindfulness practices. She runs Group meditations throughout the year. She has received extensive advanced post-graduate mind body focused training’s in Hypnosis, EMDR, Somatic Modalities, Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Emotion and Body Code, Energy Psychology, Cranial Sacral methods, Crystal Healing and Acupressure techniques.

Jennifer has over 24 years of experience working in various settings including therapeutic group homes, special education schools, psychiatric hospitals, and various outpatient settings.

Jennifer’s article “Hypnotherapy with Children” was published in the Journal of Heart Centered Therapies.

She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), National Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH), The Heart-Centered Therapies Association, EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), Soul Guidance and Sacred Mentorship Association and Soul Lightening International.

Heidi DilibertoHeidi Diliberto LCPC, LCPAT | Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor | Certified Art Therapist | EMDR Trained | Teacher

Heidi is a board-certified and Licensed Clinical Professional Art Therapist, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She is also a Maryland State approved supervisor for counselors and art therapists. Heidi has completed the 2 part training in EMDR. Heidi is a graduate of the Masters in Art Therapy Program of Marywood University and she completed additional course work through the LCPC option program at Loyola University. Heidi is also a graduate of the Masters of Art in Teaching Program of UMBC. She has 18 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings, such as schools (public and special education), inpatient psychiatric, home based foster care, outpatient centers, and private practice. Heidi incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, traditional psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and art therapy into her practice to meet the needs of her clients. Art therapy can provide an alternative way to express and explore thoughts and feelings and doesn’t require individuals to have skills in making art. Heidi believes in the transformative potential of the therapeutic process to integrate mind and body when working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
